Shipping policy

The short version

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. We dispatch from our US warehouse within one business day, and most orders arrive within 3 to 6 business days.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the US and would like to order, contact us before you buy and we'll tell you honestly whether we can get it to you and what it would cost.

Processing time

Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day are usually packed and handed to the carrier the same day. Orders placed later, or at a weekend, go out on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, standard delivery is typically 3 to 6 business days. Rural addresses and Alaska, Hawaii and US territories can take a little longer.

These are the carrier's typical times rather than a guarantee. Weather, holidays and carrier backlogs occasionally add a day or two, and those are outside our control. If your parcel is clearly stuck, contact us and we'll chase it or send a replacement.

Tracking

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. If it hasn't arrived within two business days of ordering, check your spam folder before contacting us — that's where it usually is.

Shipping costs

There are none. Free standard shipping applies to every order regardless of size or value, and there is no minimum. Any taxes shown at checkout are calculated by Shopify based on your delivery address.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you and reship it at no charge once we have a corrected address. If you spot a mistake after ordering, tell us straight away — if we haven't dispatched yet we can usually fix it.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo and your order number and we'll replace it. If tracking says delivered but nothing has arrived, give it 24 hours — carriers sometimes scan early — then contact us and we'll sort it out.
